Anyone else had to download Sapience?. Some windows monitor system. Don’t have money for pay increase but money to track everyone’s time usage.

Correct, its come from ITsavvy.... its going to be slowly rolled out everywhere to everyone. All managers will see exactly what each member of their team has done each week. You can guess why if you have an imagination :)

You can thank ITsavvy for that. They have been using tracking for years now.

The issue is the implementation (isn't it always that way?).

None of the apps XITS uses are recognized, so teams of people with (literally) millions in sales that week show 1-3 hours of productive time.

Since monitors Teams meetings, managers look ultra-productive (because that is fills the majority of their schedule).

It's another example of using tools to make management decisions rather than building strong managers with he skills to develop and manage their teams.

Performance and client satisfaction should be the only measures that truly matter, but Sapience can't measure those cores performance metrics.

It’s designed to catch loafers but a great XITS employee was terminated because of a low score. This person worked fast and knew their stuff, the replacement takes too long to answer the same questions. The new bosses want evidence of effort and not outcomes.
