Everyone has now provided their mobility details so the work of piecing together the available people with the available jobs is underway. Apparently they will tell people in the second week of June if they have a job, what that job will be and when they’re expected to start doing it.

Very few Leatherhead people are willing to move to Fawley so some job pools (eg commercial CL27 and below) are very undersubscribed.

Poorly managed throughout the entire activity. Waiting for the results in the second week of June.

Global organisations that still have some UK footprint are shrinking further, more and more transition to India. Will be next to nothing left in the West, Exxon footprint in Europe will continue to be minimised to absolute minimum at the remaining downstream assets and no more.

Consultations still ongoing. They are a tick in the box exercise as EM have already made the decisions and now just going through the motions. It’s a warning for other countries…they are making us redundant but not going to give the Restricted Stock as the period of holding hasn’t passed… amazingly poor and another example of how they kick us when we are down.
