With the news of Intel reportedly looking to sell NEX, what companies out there would seriously consider making a purchase?

SK/SL ran NEX to ground. Overpaid NEX G10+ siphoned $$ while doing G8/9 level work
NEX business is certainly on the decline... Intel doesn't even report it as a business unit any more... and that can only mean one thing...

Why other companies can make it better, but Intel could not?
Why Intel invested so much, but could not make it profitable?
Broadcom has rolled up most of this sector so might be interested, but private equity has been accumulating various assets from Intel and others, so maybe that is the best fit.
Like Altera, it is not a bad business.
