It shows that everybody is tired of the management's cr-p and unrealistic expectations placed on all of us. Even with the job market not being as hot as it once was, many are choosing to walk away. If we had normal management, this would be noticed and steps would be taken to slow down the brain drain. Sadly, we don't.
