For those who didn’t pick up what was being laid down.. those training WRS are apart of the “move forward plan” team although no positions have been officially offered so even with training WRS, your still vulnerable not to move forward at a later date and be laid off (although we know everyone will be laid off eventually). Those who are not training WRS, get ready for your layoff notice this week!! Get your resume updated, start applying to jobs, get your interview outfits together, get yourself ready within the 30 days you’ll have left so you have a new job to successfully transition to.

My favorite part of all of this is hearing from people who think they’re so important that their job is safe no matter what. There is no department that is 100% safe. How has this not gotten through their heads by now?
I'd have to agree with the posts below! The other positions such as compliance/onboarding, finance/payroll, HR, etc they can utilize databases that do it manually/automatic responses so those individuals in those departments wouldn't be needed to have live bodies doing those positions anymore. That's the path it seems they are taking.
The only US based employees I see them keeping is the CM’s because they actually go meet with our clients, have those relationships established and know the hospital protocols. Then recruiters of course.
I got that indication as well with what they were stating. However, my thought is that once those who are training the WRS individuals complete the training with them they will then be let go shortly after. I truly don't believe anyone will be safe or have a job at the end of this once they are fully trained and integrate.
As it was mentioned before: They have to have some people left in order to train them. But once that is complete, there would be no reason to keep them if the WRS team can then perform the job the other individuals are training them to do. At the end of all this, I don't see anyone from the original company being there as the WRS team will take over. (They let go of those not training, but keep some to train the WRS team and then after the training is complete let go of those who were training them - that is how I see this playing out).
