Is it too late? Can all workers come together and unionize collectively? Are there any areas currently attempting this? Or are we just waiting to get fired? because that's going to happen for sure.

The purge is happening and has been happening for at least 25 years. What don't you understand?
This has been tried numerous times in the past. I'm not anti-union in any way, but I have always felt it doesn't work for FR's. Especially now, thinking they'll negotiate to keep you instead of simply firing you and moving to remote work (already happening!) is wishful thinking, to say the very least. Same thing always happens:
Some pi---d off reps (usually low performers who are on PIP. True facts, don't shoot the messenger), contact the union. Union sends cards to all FR's, they then vote more than 50% via the cards to start the process.
Negotiations take years and reps often don't realize they need to negotiate literally every aspect of their job, pay and benefits from the ground up.
Many reps change their mind since it's not all the union makes it out to be (they want more members paying dues, no matter how it works out for you)
Union eventually gets voted down, field manager gets fired, new manager (everyone is happy again! eyeroll).
Union talk is ancient history.
Rinse and repeat. Now might be the absolute worst time to think about going that route... not gonna happen at this point. Sad but true, we all need to move on.
Stop asking this. It’s a pipe dream. Can you not see the writing on the wall already?
Nothing is going to stop them from getting rid of all US based employees.
They are trying to squeeze every penny out of this sinking ship!
If you are still a US employee there......you should be looking for a job ASAP.
It won't belong until your number is called and they send you on your way!
PRS here and wondering the same thing. I would love to see the longevity of the great guys and gals working in the field, but not sure if it’s too late at a Hail Mary attempt.
