not only is delayed or incorrect pay against the wage and hour laws, it's a signal that a company is in serious trouble (computer problems or not), it's a giant red flag to get out. nobody should have to tolerate this in the workplace.

Pay was normal though? The only day that was possibly messed up is last Saturday as Reflexis was live until 2 pm Saturday. If you weren’t able to clock out then that pay will be tacked on your next paycheck.
If they can't be bothered to pay you on time, you shouldn't be bothered to show up at all.
