Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Does anyone know why R&A hasnt been impacted. We literally have 35 plus people working one project for 3 plus years with 3 incompetent LL5s leading this one project called Marshalling. They obviously have no clue or caliber other than painting false narratives, micromanaging us and manipulating our LL4 and MJ about progress and easily getting away with it. Also ford recently acquired another bankrupt German company to work this project adding additional 25+ people to this project which is scary. On one end I see they are letting go people in CVS and on this side we do not have enough work and our management is getting away with adding more people to this project and proudly telling us that we are safe and we have MJ backing us. Seems very odd on how this is all done and it’s all under same reporting structure.
