Why would you want to stay in a neighborhood with high crime and thugs? Good move!!
Makes sense to move to somewhere in Texas since the majority of their customers are there. Moving anywhere else would be for CEO's personal reasons
Why would he keep the new automation and software company in an old industrial city?
