Kick the Pol(l)en out, else company will have allergic reactions. Someone spent huge money in BD 2025 program with the promise of driving revenue and shareholder value and delivered negative 30 % growth, should be an easy choice for kicking out.

You know how much time/effort BD's board put into placing that puppet as CEO? They are not removing him anytime soon.

The job market is tough right now, but once things improve, I think a lot of people will leave. When I was interviewed , I picked up on some red flags about their management and company culture, but I didn’t have any other options at the time. If you’re early in your career—say, with less than five years of experience—working here could seriously hurt your prospects. So, be sure to think it through carefully before joining, unless you really have no other choice in this difficult job market.

An organisation where less than 10% hires/promotions are skill/ability based and 90% depends on organisational politics , DEI and corruption is bound to face all these problems. I am not at all surprised what you guys are seeing.
Was lucky to jump the ship in the right time and sell stocks before they became worthless.

Tom Polen has been the demise of this company, incompetent leaders, inconsistent processes corruption lies, and phonies run rampant across this Company all of those fake smiles and applause at the fake town halls and phony meetings. It’s absolutely scary to watch how sad how very sad to see this once amazing company with an incredible mission. Turn to this gross profit money, hungry machine that Tom has turned it into and the sad part is there is no money it’s going downhill
