The more I learn about Transformation, the more convinced that it’s going to fail. Rather than stream lining things it appears to have created a bunch of little reporting groups. Way too many moving parts to ever be successful.

I’ve seen these type of programs a few times in my years with the company. Not 1 of them has ever worked an in fact, we were back to doing things the way we had been doing things in a very short period of time. I see nothing that indicates that won’t be the case here.
That’s the plan. It only get worse. It keeps the “consultants” in business.
