I have had zero calls in my first hour since clocking in. Care and CSO is taking all calls with 2 or more contacts. I feel like Im on vacation.

I feel physically sick after my shift today, it was beyond busy and stressful in the multiple contact dept. I dont ever want to clock back in Im so traumatized with it all.
Don’t read a lot into people saying we are all getting fired. There is no proof of that at this point.
Wow this is insane how they have come up with this plan to fire all of us. I am so fearful for my future in Wayfair knowing that they want rid of the customer service team.
LPAX Department has mandatory overtime and the volume is not even high. They have the agents working on their days off for mandatory overtime.
I have no proof or anything, but this does seem like a first step to firing most of frontline.
This is not the best thing they’ve ever done. They’re routing all the calls and tickets to offshore agents and speciality teams so they can fire frontlines and managers. Confirmed this with a manager today who said use your discount now bc we’re all getting fired.
I have been having 20 min gaps between calls normally its back to back for me.
My whole team is still getting calls back to back skill 1 and senior agents
They did this to CSO and Care so we would all quit, its pure he-l what they have done.
I have only had 4 calls since I logged in at 8am EST it shows over 300 in idle in the phone system. They have care team taking all of the calls.
I'm skill 2 n my calls have been nonstop. Not sure if they are getting automatically rerouted for agents.
