I would rather jam pencils in my eardrums than listen to 4 hours of what could have been an email to my area of business. Until they start addressing staffing and compensation people will continue to leave in droves.

@31y+1jv7fk5bw you will hear about it again at your next town hall. There will be cast members to discuss heavily scripted "examples" of the New Frontier "in action".
Have you heard a single word about New Frontier since going to this? Anyone? My boss hasn't said a thing just business as usual.
This company is so a$$ backwards. Keep (and pay!) the do nothing AVPs; but give NYC employees broken soap dispensers in the office restrooms. Hygiene is not a priority.
So much meaningless corporate jargon. Did they pay McKinsey for that garbage? Nothing is going to change in my area until they get rid of the do nothing AVPs.
The best has to be a USB session hosted by HR and Legal. Nothing weird there.
It's all misdirection and hypnotism. They are keeping us blind until everything moves to India. That's the plan folks.
Two points:
- I view it as getting paid for 4 hours to do pretty much nothing.
- I've concluded that upper management does not care if people leave, even in droves. They think they can get more people and get them cheaper.
