This is damning.

Period.

No matter how they try to spin it.

~30% of PSX is retail. Rest institutional.

I see no way in he-l they (PSX or white proxy) get better than 60% of the retail (even though they tend to be sheep, enough still pay attention to this stuff - as well as the CNBC blurb which is damning), and more than 40 pct of institutionals.

I’m not really sure why they are insisting on taking this to proxy vote, unless there has been no attempt to communicate realistically since March.
