Raise announced for July but RIF before raise not announced

Now because of these raises they are doing all they can to make it hard on workers if all these random checks allowing people to bring phones then firing them if you’re phone has facial recognition because it has access to cameras making you use annual leave time if you want to use phone saying phones are for emergency purposes only but you have to let you foreman know before like you can pre plan emergencies random car checks but all of this is for workers only not salary not navy personnel only workers there will possibly be another furlough of salary employees this Friday and at the end of the year and workers in August that will be handled by the union
HII paying insurance for them in case they can be re-hired. Too bad off financially to pay the severance.
Anyone know the details on what the furlogh entails?
Like when do they get to come back and under what conditions?
480 people got furloughed today for 5 months. TBD if they're going to be allowed to come back.
Heard that anyone with 1's or 2's on PA's are going to be terminated. 450 people
