You ever work somewhere that makes you question how the higher-ups even got their jobs? The incompetence is next-level, and the only people climbing the ladder are the ones who never actually contribute. I used to care, but now I’m just counting the days until I can walk away.

Severance pay is over glad I got out last year!!!!!!
There is no ladder, quit counting, and go.
