I have seen the list. A 15% job reduction is planned. The company will announce a 5% LR but continue to cut workforce 'unofficially'. Some folks will be 'pushed' to leave on their own, others will be moved around to a different team, then they will be on the chopping block a couple of weeks down the road.
Nothing you can do to stop this LR from impacting you.
If you want to be cut, you can give a hint to your manager.

if I'm terminated from Cisco, why is it important to "save" my files? for what purpose?
and unless you are truly clueless you would know your laptop is "managed" by a parade of corporate malware that already backs up and/or supervises what "files" your employer has interest in
Very naive to think that if the real players are laying off that Cisco won’t be following suit. That said, could see this being a smaller cut 5-7% and then the big cut happening in August 10-15% as the economy teeters.

This is the same story that repeats twice yearly. We are on FY Q3 results for LR on 5/14. It’s happening folks. Keep your desk clean and files saved. Don’t be surprised like many who used to think safe but now here posting like never before.

Cisco isn't going to be making L/Rs during Q4.. If a L/R is coming it'll be announced in Aug during the 25FYE earnings call.
