I heard a rumor that layoffs were coming for recruiters. Anybody else heard this?

Yep been here 18 months and they put me on a performance plan and I am running 11 people. Not once have I had a meeting about what my goal is and how many people I’m supposed to run since I have been here.
I feel so sorry for those that are still at Medical Solutions. I got canned on 9/27/24 and it felt bad for a while, but I ended up finding a new job doing something similar to what I was doing at MedSol. Save your money and get out while you can. There are other opportunities out there.
