Hey in case you're not aware of it, but the management is the reason the UP is the way it is right now! It's not entirely thankless. I do want to thank the management for taking a once great job, and turning it into a job that no one wants. Congratulations!

Employees don’t respect the managers and the managers don’t respect the employees. Both groups think the other is out to get them and don’t trust the other. The entire company is toxic.

@xzs Are you serious? If you want respect, then you need to earn it, and not expect it just because of your status. No one really cares about the management at the UP, and there's not too many people that are taking any manager seriously right now.

People ddon't even respect their authority at work, so what's your point? I'll respect the authority of the management, if the management can actually do the work there supposed to be in charge of? Deal?
Job is Tough, they approve payroll And hours of service. What else does a low line manager do????????
