3M EVP & Chief Legal Officer Trades Company's Stock

Kevin H Rhodes, EVP & Chief Legal Officer at 3M reported a large insider sell on October 31, according to a new SEC filing.

What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday showed that Rhodes sold 5,703 shares of 3M. The total transaction amounted to $720,841.

3M shares are trading down 0.26% at $126.27 at the time of this writing on Monday morning.
