Somebody has to pay for their excess hydrocarbon 1000.00 a month utility bills. Phoenix desert LA retirement rats.

Did the executive team get business advice from Patrick star, holding 2 dollars while having a 2x4 stuck to their 4head?

This is ONLY for PHX. Everywhere is doing the same level of work for $2.00/hr less. I’d take an extra $300/month but no, I don’t live in PHX. This is a horrible idea that will only build resentment.

Let’s discuss where everyone’s extra 16 dollars a day is going. I’m personally calling my lender to see if I have the credit to now afford a totaled ferrari from copart.

We need to test this and not just in PHX. We have a serious problem with trying to pay as low as we can and then expecting high quality candidates. If we paid more we’d need fewer workers as well. It’s astonishing we haven’t figured this out. We’d rather burn out TMs who have to performance manage these people instead of hiring people who are qualified and will work hard and potentially make it a career. We have people that don’t care and will just do the bare minimum so as to not get fired. I’d rather have 10 people working hard and independently and pay them $25/hr than 15 people making $17/hr…
