It should be eye opening that Glass Lewis is supporting Elliot’s proposal to ‘require’ director resignations annually while GoGo has stated multiple times that this would not be held up in court even if passed and is illegal.

Doesn’t look good for us. I don’t think Elliott loses to many of these.
If Elliott wins, and sells off assets what’s left? Just Refining
Company will have like 1/3 of the staff.
No need for HQ or Bville.
I guessing if you’re not in refining your in trouble unless the new company picks up a few people.
Really sad days ahead for us.
My house I purchased 5 years ago in Houston is down in price and other companies downsizing.
