Think about it folks....The government is cutting taxes, increasing your income, and SF has cut employee benefits. Hummmm!
See how the company uses its intimidation by not allowing its employees to speak freely? Then, they hide behind a diversity umbrella when in reality they are far from it by not allowing discussion of free opinions? Sad so very sad.
It is impossible to start a union in secrecy. If you are afraid to “go public” then you are living a fantasy. Btw this has come up for over 40 years now…

being serious now, this website is about the worst place to discuss union, this place is crawling with SF corporate.
You can start by posting your contact information. If unwilling then no hope.
the only way is to start is to do it underground and do it quietly as something else a club or something, then once you get good amount of support you go public, in order for that to work alot of things need to go right and you need to bet a lot of people, Sf has hubs in states where firing without reason is accepted so that is the highest barrier, the moment they catch wind of this they will fire whoever they perceive to be the leader(s) to send a message to the rest, in order to even begin to think about this it needs to be decentralized with no clear leader , people wiling to loose their jobs for the sake of others and its a long winded loosing battle, not impossible but highly improbable.
why ruin a great thing?
SF fears a union and will immediately terminate anyone who mentions it or attempts to organize one. Seen it many times. SF will do everything and anything to hide its "dark side" and the closet full of bad unethical and immoral business practices. Until it is exposed like VP Hayden who just so happens to not being the only one who expresses their unethical behaviors, the company will continue to use people for their self gain. They are a very dangerous and dark bunch.
Never gonna happen as long as you all expect SOMEBODY ELSE to do it.
