COO Henry K drank the Gil Kool-Aid banking on tariffs and car sales to save Hertz. Instead of standing up for the field, he is putting constraints on staffing levels. Field leadership isn't even responsible for their own P&L. Dictated by a COO & Ops Excellence team that has no clue. Summer at Airports and HLE locations is going to be a dumpster fire. So much for back to basics.

The Hertz leadership team says people are #1 yet they get squeezed to work to death and throw peanut compensation at them. The company is on a death spiral that accelerates with each passing C team.
Ops is led by nitwits across the board. And, is there a bigger behind kisser than Josh Blum? That guy struts up and down the Estero hallways like he’s got a clue. What a joke!

We have all been on this ride before with Tague and his United Airlines cronies! This time we are flying Delta! Same results. Clueless team will run Hertz into the ground as they all line their pockets with cash and ride off into the sunset leaving a mess for the next group.
