There has been much speculation on this site about fraud. Speculation that has captured the attention of senior leaders. Audits of past sales and commissions are ongoing. If proof of fraud across Windstream's various order process systems reveals itself, terminations without warnings will occur. My note is composed by an employee close to the audit process. Audits of DCRIS, CAMS, and WINFORCE will continue. Windstream is ONE company. Sales fraud has no home here.
Commission Changes (Field Sales)
On January 17th the VP of Sales let field sales know their commission plans are changing. Not only will the mid to high performers be taking a substantial pay cut going forward, they let us know this will be retroactive to January 1st and from what I've gathered this is illegal for already closed sales. They're not just driving this company into the ground in a complete nose dive, they're going to be losing their sales talent, which is going ki-l any chance the C-Suite may have in reaching they're goals before the merger.
