You don't lead you bull, you talk bad of and never do anything to help, you steer it off the road but yet blame other, you promote your own clowns up and keep the goods ones down low, you make yourself Senior Representatives but yet no one at the plant quite really know what you do at work besides take 3 20 minutes works a day,,,,,,,,, you don't want to look the true issues in the face and correct them, You have no back bone and tell someone about you "NO", you have no money for the plant because you keep buying up companies to steal there technology or do these made up Kaizen events, and the worst of all you keep doing the same thing over and over and over. I guess this is just the life at B.D.

Kaizens are a joke, heavily stage-managed to ensure 'success' and the most successful ones just rediscover we shouldn't have laid someone off or leaned a process out until it was rickety skin and bones.
Trying to prop up the stock price with short-term fixes and sacrificing long term success, finally (hopefully) getting realistic stock price that sees through the contrived 'fireside chat' propaganda.
If you looked at it objectively, with their strategy to distribute teams across 3+ countries in multiple time zones spanning 15-18 hours - FLKS is the most inefficient part of the network and slows all of the business units down - it HAS to be involved and so meddles in plants because it is a control freak, takes successes eagerly but doesn't take the blame when their meddling is the problem.
