So, one of the biggest reasons that I absolutely despise office time is that there are so many people who socialize, sc--w around all day, and contribute nothing to the company. All day long, I can hear people in another room, through poorly constructed paper thin walls, horsing around like it’s a high school cafeteria. There’s yelling, singing and dancing, inappropriate belching and fa----g sounds being made to get their buddies to laugh.
This is exactly why nobody takes management seriously in this company. I have many questions. Why is this allowed to go on? Who is in charge? Why do these people have that much free time on their hands while others are constantly strained? How effective are your employee evaluation procedures and productivity measures? How effective is your restructuring strategy? Apparently, you missed some roles that could have been easily been terminated or outsourced. Do you just not care any more? Are you just flat out incompetent?
The reason why people trash management on here is that they are the ones ultimately responsible for ensuring that unacceptable behavior, poor performance, and all the other shenanigans are weeded out. Management needs to be more attuned with what is going on instead of hiding in meetings all day. Start observing, start assessing candidly, start taking swift actions. It’s your job. You want to be in charge? Then, get real and get cracking. Stop shirking accountability. The company will never reach its full potential unless the deadwood is removed.
WILL THE REAL LEADERS PLEASE STAND UP.
