Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Every single person I work with is a toxic mess

I swear, it's like that's a requirement when joining Xerox.

I don't see "toxic messes," but I do see a lot of denial from managers, especially the ones who live extravagant lifestyles and who need the shipwreck that is Xerox to keep floating. Any time I mention that morale is getting low, or that things are looking bleak, I am shot down.

You must be in one of the larger locations where that one toxic leader brings it out in everyone. Everyone is so afraid of "it" that they will throw anyone under the bus just to not get the rath. But the top people allow it and they wonder why they lose talent.

They mellow out once unemployed. Filling out ridiculous applications a few hundred times and never hearing a word is good for a personality reset.

Yeah there is a proper toxic culture that is almost cult like that runs through the whole place. It’s like those people think it’s the best thing since sliced bread however refuse to accept there are big problems we need to address. Delusion.
