Heard through grapevine of big layoffs coming in July. Especially Boston product managers and L2,L3's. Has anyone else heard of anything?

SO not true, the Care dept is now gone they are not taking overflow.
Stop the rumors CARE is not being eliminated. They will take over flow for MCO plus do CARE duties as normal.

Constant fear of job loss is definitely a huge contradiction to their People Principles.
All we can do is try to prepare. Job security is not a thing with Wayfair.

The company has never done a layoff in July before.
I heard that we’ve all been laid off already but Niraj is using the infinity stones to manipulate time and space so we don’t even know its happened yet. Its diabolical is what it is.
I heard that they will lay off everyone in July and hire some cats to manage ChatGPT inputs. The cats will live in Copley with Niraj, Kate, Jon and 3 x Employee Tech staff, 2 x Legal and 1 x Facilities person to feed the cats.
