My mental health has been great since I retired from Cisco. All those H1B's were getting to me...
Answer "neutral" on all their stupid questions and on the DEI questions answer "strongly disagree".
Did anyone else get that survey with weird questions
who wastes their time filling these out? the people on the other side of the survey are just DEI hires that Cisco brought on into harmless "corporate learning and development" jobs
its not my job to justify their jobs
Did anyone else get that survey with weird questions about your sleep habits, health, and whether you see yourself still working at Cisco in two years? I never know how to answer those things. Are they planning to lay off all the bad sleepers or something?
