In addition, spending time reviewing and picking apart the massive errors shows how the BTC is competing to win.
The extremely poorly thought out report, with conflicting recommendations and data demonstrates a true "setting of standards".

Don’t worry about it too much, there is a good chance this Pakistan/India thing in the news ki-ls the cheap business model.
It is forbidden to mention or track the magnitude of rework for BTC work output.
It does seem that at 1/8 the cost, we would require a BTC engineer to correctly accomplish in 8 hours what an HC10 achieves in 1 hour.
Sometimes it takes more HC10 hours to make corrections on BTC work products than if we just assigned the task to the HC10 initially.
