Who is responsible for bringing in and supporting Five 9? Why did they pick this tool?

A web based phone system, it's genius! Especially with millions of clients and 36,000 users to support. CIC wasn't the best phone system, but, you didn't have to call a number, that gets bounced to whenever, to land back it Milwaukee.

NM wants awesome technology, which is fine. I agree with that. But, the do NOT want to pay for it. Let's pay less and have more problems.

I have no idea what this is, but safe to assume it is another garbage over priced third party app we will be forced to use :(

DG assigned AA to his new role because the group he’s taking over operates in mature spaces with experienced leaders. They are accustomed to navigating ambiguity and are adept at adapting to and aligning incoming leaders, who often rotate every 6 to 18 months. Opposite of the existing ICS structure.

AA, MH, SM, and MZG were all behind it.

Yep, him leaving might be a good thing. Word was, when internal customers raised some red flags about Five9, he was more focused on suppressing the message than fixing the issues. Apparently, his own team got the message pretty quick not to rock the boat. It's hard to fix problems if people are afraid to say what's what.

Why is AA behind every wrong decision? He needs to go. What is DG doing?
