I’ve been hearing mixed reviews about CAS but they seem to have all the jobs. Anyone have some pros/cons? I understand some of the issues with a growing business, I’m more interested in the work environment and if there is any leadership to watch out for. Don’t want to end up making a mistake by moving over.

It depends on your situation and what your personality is.
There's good and bad in most groups and people.
I acknowledge this is a non-answer but it's very role and function dependent.
