It is a joke. Phones are ringing and ringing. An adjuster at Nat Gen told me today that they cannot write any checks or adjust any claims because of the merger with Esurance! Everything is hitting the fan all at once. They are depressed and overworked. Life sounds pretty awful in their neck of the woods.

Plenty of real issues to be concerned about in the current situation. Nothing in this thread is real though...
Nat Gen employees do not care about customers. They don’t return calls. Many complaints from customers and agents. Nat Gen sucks.
No surprise there -they don’t give a hoot about customers and they take their platforms offline for days at a tome
