Besides take videos of themself doing extramarital conduct in the workplace ?
Biz performace, Finance and IT departments blindly follow leadership decisions no matter how questionable and any challenge to their assumptions is discouraged. Prior to the RIF, all the business performance internal updates painted a positive picture yet JB was canned weeks/months later and the business line was sold at a steep loss. Despite long-standing knowledge that the strategy was flawed and not generating ample returns, leadership stuck with it anyway expecting ICs to turn lemons into lemonade.
That team being stood up was one of the biggest leadership failures here over the past decade, which is saying a lot.
I believe they fix all the stuff we mess up in the field.
Obviously not their job or else CC would not have sold Fiber and SC.
They increase business performance… duh :)
