Losing some very good people in IT Commercial. Whether it’s leaving the company, or going to another division. Growing nervous about the changes.. are people leaving because of the potential implications of tariffs?? Seems like we’re on a sinking ship.

Increase in IT FTE’s???? What planet are you living on. Some teams have no developers on them while others have to “share”. This place is the worst.
IT in that company is cancer. I would rather join ISIS than that IT department.
Maybe I'm in the minority, but I've seen some positive changes in the past couple of months. Most notably the increase in FTE developer head count.
Commercial IT does have a long road ahead though if it wants to get back to pre-covid employee satisfaction levels.
Tariffs are causing businesses to collapse fast. Not able to plan ahead with so many unstable changes.
i hope the end is near, Commercial is a nightmare
