What you learn from here bozo is that once people leave they will not come back. If you go after them, invade their privacy and try to steal their intellectual property makes cisco a criminal corporation. Now you have been schooled.

You'll find people at all levels who are incompetent and unethical at any sizeable organization. You took care of yourself which is all you can do in those situations.
