Does Martha make it through the year? I think the smart money says no…which probably means he will continue on as CEO through the 2030’s.

The fact that Martha is still here speaks volumes for how wrong the direction is that Medtronic has taken.
His sole focus on woke BS and neglecting actual innovation has put the careers (at MDT) of each and every one of us at risk.
He will go down as THE worst CEO to date.
I’ll bet a beer he’s gone in 6 months or will have a dozen more Chief positions.
Like every Narcissist, he is going to blame someone or something else and our stupid board will back him up.

The CFO change could've been a sign that there's pressure on c-suite to turn things around, or it could've been nothing
He’s going to blame it on something like tariffs. He’s safe another year. The board is complicit.
He makes it through the year, yes. He's loaded the board with friends and cronies, and they're enjoying riding the gravy train. They're rent-seekers and so is he. He's made it almost 5 years, so why wouldn't they make it 6?
