worst part, the usual bozos working this place, svp and md, are the culprit but because they know how to work state street, usually blaming their own workers, they get to skip the layoffs. I had people not having any idea about excel or powerpoint. Or even basic Windows computer skills yet they have 10, 15, even 20 years at a financial bank.. Go figure... It is no wonder this place can't compete and falling apart.

BNY is the same level of dysfunction. The root of all problems starts at the Director/Managing Director levels - they're clueless, and it's a political backstabbing mess of chaos that filters down through the organization. All they care about is hitting a number to lock in their bonuses - at all costs.
