Current L7 in S&T. The past 6 weeks I’ve been given the workload of 3 people and have reached my breaking point. Can’t sleep, not happy, barely want to eat. I need to escape this sh1tshow, no compassion from anyone, just feel like I’m being left out to dry

I would schedule time off, make it a long weekend around a holiday take some time for yourself, regroup, and prepare your credentials to find work elsewhere. It's a tough market and will take time and work to find employment. Start the process now revise resume, cover letter as you apply see what works. Rehearse for interviews. You got this!
If you feel it then you might be being edge out unfortunately or they know you will do the work efficiently and let you do it while teammates go off and barely work. I know someone that got edged out of role, had something very similar happen to them. They knew it was coming and prepared for it, the only regret was not acting sooner and leaving before it took huge junks out of their mental health.
Don’t risk your health take stress leave or a STD to recover and maybe look for a job while on it. The summer is almost here so you have to get your mindset right to take on what’s ahead if you choose to do so. Best of luck to you!
