''''''counting cash and collecting tears all day long. Life is great!'''''''''

Until Starboard cleans house!!!!! There will be an employee survey, HR will be outsourced, and the CEO is on his way out, with a current board member replacement, and this dog is gonna be butchered. In my opinion of course. You've got a major problem here, Starboards investment is underwater, they want their investment plus profit back.

Nothing will change in leadership. Business as usual. There will always be knee je-k reactions when stocks temporary drop. Only thing that increases are whiners and losers thinking they can change things by yapping. Stay in your lane cause they is absolutely nothing you can do - Merica baby!

"Stock price is looking good. Great things are to come. Expansion of US operations will be key."

Looks good from my house, but then again I never bought any stock, not even with a discount...currently at 69 dollars..... In my opinion, Activist Stockholders will eventually dice this baby up. Operations costs are out of control. They want their profit. And they are entitled to it.

I would also wonder wonder: Will Activist Stock Holders force a confidence vote soon? Will the board replace leadership with a newly elected board member? This is business. Shareholders need to be payed. People invest for profit. MAX PROFIT.

If I am running the boat, Seek out, identify, if any, and then eliminate all bloated management, as stated throughout the threads, the people that "hide in their offices", "the nose pickers", the "redundant in purpose" the "do nothing mealy mouths", the " old guard" and then first round layoffs!. Look for dead wood. Then outsource HR. Its got to be done for the shareholders. Operations costs must be cut!

In my opinion:
Clemmers will be the next CEO...Starboard is an activist investor.
They want profit. Didn't happen for three years with current management.
So Clemmers will take the wheel, he will steer the ship in a straight line to the profit zone. Butcher the pig, its not going to grow any larger and its getting old

"Starboard bought their shares for a reason. And it is not altruism!...In my opinion of course."

You are correct. Starboard is an activist investor. Sell what IP and related support you can, real estate as well. Flush the rest. Thats all you can do.

Unless another gain of function virus is released to the public, the best days have already passed.
