They increased the sales quota by $10k plus per rep without researching territories, past performance, or speaking with the representatives as well as their direct managers. 90% of the sales team are in the red with no support in sight. We operate as 5 plus different roles with very little support, yet are blamed for missing quota. Troubling times indeed.
All of this is to push as many of us as possible to quit. I have no other explanation for it.
