This layoff was what I needed to finally get my a-s in gear and start looking for a new job. So thanks for pushing my procrastinating a-s to finally do something useful. Not sure that was your intention, but I will take it.

I've bitched for awhile, feb I finally dribbled my resume back out there a little. Just started the Hugging Face LLM Course and bo-m. layoff time. I'm so relieved I was selected to be RIF'd. If I was left behind I would have quit (the dept lost 40% of workers this RIF). I'm so relaxed now, a week later. All the stress just disappeared. I don't even care about the id--t in the WH.
