When it does hit, things will likely get worse. I’m afraid this may just be the beginning of a real downward spiral. I have no confidence in leadership’s ability to navigate through the storm. In fact, I worry they’ll only make things worse. So even if you survive this round, it’s hard to feel hopeful about what’s next.
