Thread regarding Ford layoffs

When were the last confirmed layoffs?

I'm not talking about someone saying a person was laid off here or there without being able to substantiate it. I'm asking specifically about the last round we know for sure happened. I'm asking because sometimes it feels like people stress over maybes and rumors when the reality isn't as bad as we think.

There are no massive planned layoffs, HR policy is now silent layoffs, voluntary separations, and cancelling roles with minimal time to find something new.

The company is achieving its goal of getting rid of people and welcoming in new folks.

Ford is a terrible company to work for, and it’s sad because everyone here tells me that it used to be special.
