so true about some SVP and VPs being based at home in some remote locations far away from Pepsico hubs, and teams are asked to return to office , typical Pepsico hypocrisy adding to the existing toxic environment across S&T and DPA!

Doing the same thing the US government did. Tell folks to get back in the office and some will resign.

it is a joke, that some SVPs like G-yatri or some of her VP team are not based in any of the hub office but work constantly remotely, while we are asked to return to offices 4 days a week to the ghost town of Purchase or Plano! Why Athina hired people so far away from Pepsico hubs is something I simply dont get!

Purchase and Plano are ghost towns, and the NY vs. TX culture clash isn’t helping. Coke’s winning in Atlanta while we stall out. It’s time for a real reset and new location, new mindset. Honestly, leadership has to change if we’re going to turn this around. Maybe St Louis or KC!

RTO soon due to needing Merch help in the summer. It will be all hands on deck Summer of 2025. A lot of solid workers took the VRP now we will see how we can survive without them. Sales are down so may not be as bad.

They need to let employees WFH because toxicity is so bad that RTO would just cause massive explosion!!!!!!! Why the F** are dallas folks not throwing rocks at Seth Cohens house for starting this whole toxic bullying culture. Ahole got fired, took a big severance package and left.

Any job that can be done IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER can be done in another country for less.

Fixed that for you. They were offshoring before the advent of remote work.

Does that mean that the CSTO role can be done in another country for less and more efficiently?

Only hear about it here, and then nothing materializes. In Purchase, there's not enough room to have everyone come back, after they didn't renew the leases on the White Plains campus during the pandy and all those employees got assigned to Purchase. Of course, with enough layoffs they'll have room for whoever is left. I guess that time will come eventually.

Who cares at this point. This company is a toxic h*** hole in or out of the office. The management are completely disconnected from reality and have in essence destroyed what’s left of this bloated company. Every single person who escapes this pit, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, will ultimately do better and in short order be thankful to be out of here. There is nowhere to go but up.

Not surprised. Getting rid of people without laying them off.
