Thread regarding AVEVA layoffs

Ten percent reduction, so the blood letting begins

CH just sent the email. I guess we will find out what package we will be getting, or the lack of any packages. Save up your PTOs and use your sick days first, as sick days do get pay outs, but PTOs typically do. Good luck to us all.

@bz Having survived a few rounds of layoffs during the old Schneider Electric days, I have not heard of any severance being paid. Maybe just the standard two-week's pay?

Wow a whole team termination? I am so sorry to hear that. Hope they are giving a good severance to get you through these times.

That´s beyond rediculous - my entire team was terminated today!
Had my first call with HR this morning: they just read the mail that was sent by CH and told me that no questions were allowed.
If I want to know any details about my termination I have to wait for the next call scheduled for tomorrow!
