So while we fight with Elliott and are told to stay focused, our ELT, HR and IT leadership are flying around the world to Singapore and India, spending money we don’t have and broadcasting it to the world on social media.

Little known fact - PPCo were expelled from India during the 1970’s for Corrupt Foreign Practices. PPCo was partners in multiple businesses, the refinery in Kochin, PCBL etc….
Since GoGo was Managing Director for CPChem in Singapore you would think he would know this.

At sites we were told to cut costs we are looking for pennies at coffee station and others while service teams like HR & IT are spending $ with their international trips . How is this fair to sites and of course their travel costs will hit our books . Here is another good example as an employee I support Elliott.
Bob Sled and Miss Consultant Perkins are best examples on how leaders shouldn’t be and so sad at P66 these members warm ELT chairs . Wait till Bob Sled come up with another brilliant plan to lay off employees will call something other than WEP and Miss consultant to outsource majority of IT to India and Guatemala. And both of them are really good at power point presentations and naming. Not sure why they still hold an ELT title good for nothing

COE & L&D leadership are pros at self promotion, while having employees fill out a “travel tracker” to manage costs. Great to see they play by the same rules.
