This layoff is not an open secret and no one has been able to advise or guess the correct time frame. I believe it will happen at any point from Tuesday to post thrive conversations. I dont believe NetApp has traditionally laid off during summer and I have been here 9 years. So It either has to be before (this week and onward) or after July (which I highly doubt). I have seen a few high position people post on LinkedIn in the last week. I dont know if they were asked to leave or laid off but I think it has already started. My best bet is watch out for Tuesday morning and next week.
Yup. Before every significant layoff someone has leaked it here first. It's just hard to filter through the noise when people without a clue are constantly posting BS every week.
Nah, people leak all the time. The problem is people also say nonsense. It's not until after it's all happened that you can come back and see which leaks were true and which were not.
People have been saying it’s gonna happen for months…. I’ll believe it when I see it lol. No credible source would be on this site airing the dirty laundry
