Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Post town hall thoughts

This is a painfully sinking ship. They want us to “move faster” but with the bureaucracy that exists it is almost impossible to move faster. The workflows are jumbled, approval needed for everything, millions of meaningless meetings and it seems like there are 6 different project trackers that all do the same thing. New leadership is needed to solve this inefficient way of working. Existing leaders have had more than enough time to figure this out, show them the door

Totally agree with the comment below. Ramona need to be given his bankers box immediately and escorted out, a long with his leadership. These people are deliberately sinking the ship. Tired of the acquisitions in the name of short term gains and long term losses. We continue this course and the company will be bankrupt in 10 years or less

It’s lip service. Whatever sounds good and you can repeat as buzz words. No grounding in reality or how things actually work. It is a one way street…YOU move faster YOU move better and YOU make things stronger and we’ll (senior leadership) judge what you’re doing wrong without any support, guidance, meaningful plans, or removing any barriers whatsoever.
